The Scene
The massive log cabin-style structure sits smack in the middle of the outlet mall parking lot, and connects to Knuckleheads (an indoor amusement park and bowling alley). Despite the size of the rrestaurant, the waits can be lengthy on weekends and through the summer. Collect your light-up buzzer, then head to either the main or upstairs bar for a few minutes, while the kids run around in Knuckleheads.
The Food
Though the theme is Western, the menu goes all over the place--from thin-crust pizza to exceptional rotisserie chicken. Settle in with one of the top-notch margaritas--even those with Cuervo 1800 or Cabo Wabo tequila don't top the $10 mark. Start off with an appetizer of sliders (those ubiquitous mini-burgers), but these come with pulled pork, instead of hamburger. While kids will love the wood-fired pizza, don't miss the rotisserie chicken, which you can see twirling in the kitchen.
